Dickerson Building Bedford Center
Bedford – Dickerson Development is building The Shops at Bedford Crossing, a 13,000-square-foot shopping center at the southwest corner of Bedford Road and Industrial Boulevard.
Occupants will include Quizno’s, 7-Day Donut, Super Suppers meal assembly and Bella Cleaners, said John Dickerson, the developer. Leasing is being handled by Sam Gruner with Dallas-based Dickerson Development.
Dickerson Development also developed CVS pharmacy, dental office and Chicken Express locations, all to the north of Bedford Crossing. The shopping center will use s similar style of brick.
The shopping center shell is scheduled to be completed in September, and the Shops’ interiors will be finished out.
