National Build-To-Suit Accounts

Our knowledge of residential and retail developments has procured national retail accounts for build-to-suit developments. Our pad site retail business has opened doors for relationships with some of the most respected national retailers, like Eckerd Drug, now CVS.  As a Preferred Developer, HD&CO constructed six Eckerds throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area.

Often, clients desire various financial alternatives. These needs are met by providing conventional lease agreements, 1031 exchanges, partnership, joint venture and option agreements.
